    本试剂盒是采用探针法qPCR对基因进行定量检测的专用预混型试剂。本试剂盒的2× EZ-Probe qPCR Master Mix包含具有超强扩增能力和抗干扰能力的化学法热启动的DNA聚合酶和高度优化的缓冲液体系，极大地减少非特异性扩增。
